Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Yasi Build handles information on yasibuild.com. We keep this simple because we collect very little.

1. Information we collect

This website is a showcase of our work and services. You can browse the entire site without giving us any information.

• If you message us on WhatsApp or fill in the project form: we receive the details you choose to send (such as your name, business, WhatsApp number, email, and what you'd like us to build). You provide this voluntarily so we can reply.
• Language preference: your choice of English or Arabic is saved locally in your own browser (localStorage) so the site remembers it on your next visit. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
• We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.

2. How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry and to plan, quote, and deliver the work you ask us to do. That's it.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. Messages you send may be delivered to us through trusted services (for example WhatsApp or a secure form/notification service) purely so we receive your enquiry.

4. Data retention

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you, then remove them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

5. Your choices

You can browse the site without sending any personal information. If you've contacted us and want your details removed, just ask.

6. Children

This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not collect personal information from individuals under 18 through this website.

7. Contact

Terms of Service

These terms apply to any customer whose website is built and/or managed by Yasi Build. By having a website built with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Build deposit

To confirm a build and begin development, a deposit is required: AED 500 for website packages (Start and Grow) and AED 1,500 for app packages (Launch). This deposit secures the customer's build slot and covers initial development work. If the customer cancels at any point after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by Yasi Build in writing.

2. Management subscription

Once a website or app is built and delivered, it requires an active monthly subscription to remain live and to continue receiving hosting, maintenance, and management support from us: AED 40 per month for websites and AED 150 per month for apps. For apps, this also covers keeping the app working on new iOS versions.

3. Subscription fee changes

The subscription fee is subject to change. If the fee increases, subscribed customers will receive at least one month's notice before the new fee takes effect.

4. Late or missed subscription payment

If a subscription payment is missed, we will notify the customer and allow a short grace period to make payment. If payment is not received within this grace period, the website may be taken offline until the outstanding balance is settled. This is separate from cancellation due to a content policy violation (see Section 14).

5. Scope of management support

The monthly subscription covers hosting, minor content updates, and fixing bugs or technical issues with the site as originally delivered. It does not cover new features, structural redesigns, or major changes — these are quoted and billed separately.

6. Ownership of accounts & services

Any domain name, database, or other third-party service set up for the customer's website belongs to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will provide access details for these accounts upon request.

Apps built under the Launch package are published on the App Store under Yasi Build's Apple developer account. On request, Yasi Build will transfer the app to the customer's own Apple developer account.

7. Stripe / payment account setup

Where a website requires online payments, Yasi Build will create a Stripe account on the customer's behalf and configure it with the information needed for the site's checkout to function. Yasi Build does not manage or operate this account on an ongoing basis.

Once the website is built and running, full access and permissions to the Stripe account are handed over to the customer, who becomes its sole owner and manager. From that point on, Yasi Build holds no responsibility for the Stripe account — including, but not limited to, lost funds, unauthorized access, theft, or a forgotten password. The customer is solely responsible for securing and managing their Stripe account going forward.

8. No uptime or service guarantee

We do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage and are not liable for outages, downtime, or issues caused by third-party services we rely on (such as hosting, database, or payment providers) that are outside of our control.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your website and account information, including secure hosting practices and up-to-date software. However, no website or online service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We do not guarantee that your website or accounts will never be hacked, breached, or otherwise compromised, and we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from such an event.

10. No guarantee of results

Yasi Build provides website design, development, hosting, and management services but does not guarantee any particular level of sales, leads, traffic, search-engine rankings, revenue, or other business results.

11. Data backups

Customers are responsible for keeping their own copies of important content and data related to their website (such as product information and images), unless a separate backup arrangement has been agreed in writing.

12. Content guidelines

Websites managed by Yasi Build may not display any imagery depicting women in any form — including women wearing, holding, or otherwise appearing in product photography or visual content, including hands or any part of the body, even if modestly covered. This applies to all content published on the site.

13. Termination by Yasi Build

In addition to the specific situations described elsewhere in these terms (such as non-payment in Section 4, and content policy violations in Section 14), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate a customer's website and/or subscription, at our discretion, in cases including but not limited to:

• Non-payment of fees owed to us
• Abuse or harassment directed at Yasi Build or its team
• Use of the website for illegal activity
• Fraud or attempted fraud
• Misuse of the website or our services in a manner not intended or agreed upon

Depending on the reason for termination, the consequences described in Section 14 (no refund, design files not released) may apply at our discretion.

14. Policy violations

If content violating the guidelines in Section 12 is found on a client's website:

1. We will issue a warning and request the content be removed.
2. If the customer does not comply, we reserve the right to cancel the subscription and take the website offline.

In the event of a cancellation due to a policy violation:

• No refund will be issued for any fees already paid.
• The website's design files will not be released to the customer.

15. Voluntary cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time for reasons other than a policy violation. To do so, the customer must contact us directly with written notice (a message or letter) confirming their intent to cancel.

Upon a voluntary cancellation, we will provide the customer with their website's design files.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
